Assisted marketing team in creating an SBC Campus Visual.

CAMPUS

In this role, I supported the successful coordination of over 70 school enquiries, acting as the liaison between schools and trainers. I served as the key middle ground, ensuring clear, timely communication and smooth collaboration between both parties. I created and maintained Excel sheets to organise campus-related data efficiently, including schedules, contact information, and follow-ups.

Additionally, I built a database of over 1,000 verified school outreach emails to support long-term engagement strategies.I assisted in reviewing and refining programme materials submitted by new trainers to ensure quality and alignment with campus needs. I also suggested potential new trainers based on industry relevance and programme fit.

For internal team support, I developed visuals for campus use and created a comprehensive Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) document to help guide future interns through onboarding and daily tasks. This experience strengthened my skills in stakeholder communication, data organisation, content review, and process development in a collaborative environment.

Asian Festival of Children's Content

As part of the Asian Festival of Children’s Content (AFCC), I served in multiple roles that supported the smooth delivery of this multi-day event. My responsibilities included:

Venue Manager: Oversaw front-of-house operations and guest management. I managed attendee check-ins using OnArrival by Cvent, ensuring efficient ticket scanning and entry flow across various sessions.

Volunteer Recruitment & Management: Led the recruitment process by creating a volunteer sign-up form to collect and organize data. I managed communications, delegated responsibilities, and supervised volunteers on-site to ensure smooth operations throughout the festival.

Project Coordination & Event Support: Worked closely with the core organizing team to support overall event logistics, including room setup, signage placement, technical checks, and real-time problem solving across venues.Being part of AFCC allowed me to experience the fast-paced environment of a large-scale festival and helped me refine my skills in team coordination, guest services, and live-event troubleshooting.

Website Management

I created over 30 program articles using Joomla! and published them on both the SBC Campus and Little Campus websites. In addition to writing and uploading content, I supported overall content management by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates. I also designed and created visual assets to accompany the articles, enhancing user engagement and maintaining a cohesive visual identity across the site. My role involved both technical and creative tasks, contributing to a well-organized and visually appealing digital presence.

Goodman Arts Centre Open House 2025

Designed and executed an interactive scavenger hunt activity that engaged visitors by incorporating elements of our company’s history, physical space, and Singapore Literature (SingLit) titles. The activity encouraged exploration and learning in a fun and creative way.

Strategically selected books and historical references that reflected our organisation’s journey and mission, enhancing public appreciation for both our legacy and local literature.

Actively promoted our newsletter to increase public awareness of ongoing programmes and initiatives, contributing to higher community engagement.

The programme was well-received and contributed to a vibrant, informative, and memorable open house experience. I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the event and gain hands-on experience in public programming and audience engagement.
